i am going to start as the manager of swansea because i was so impressed by them yesterday vs arsenal. My target is to get mid table with a few upsets on the way :)
i put my start of season expections to mid-table.
I get £7.36million for transfer budget and i get 230k p/w for wage budget.

My overall ambition is to get a all british team who are good at passing and are good at set pieces :)

My first pre season friendly was against a team from sweden called ostersunds FK. The final score was 4-0 to swansea :) the scores were david cotterill(36 half volley bottem corner), steven caulker(70 heade into top corner), craig beattie(75 header bottem corner) and luke moore(84 shot into bottom corner).

The full team was moreira(gk),mark gower,daniel situ,steven caulker,daniel alfie,lee lucas,jazz richards,andrea orlandi, nathen dyer,luke moore and david cotterill.

The man of the match was steven caulker with a rating of 8.4

My second pre season friendly was against middlesbourgh. The final score was a disapointing 3-3 draw :(
The scorers were ashley williams(17 a volley into bottem corner from edges of 6 yard box), danny graham(53 a shot into bottom corner from just inside box) and casey thompson(64 a header from the 6 yard box). The goal scorers for middlesborough were scott mcdonald, luke williams and nicky bailey.

The full team was michael vorm(gk), angel rangel, daniel alfei, ashley williams, neil taylor, joe allen, leon britain, kemy augestein, nathen dyer, leroy lita and danny graham

The man of the match was kemy augestein with a rating of 8.3
good luck with your swansea story .

what tactic are u going to use. i suggest a 4-3-3 with wingers . with really short passing .
i could post a screenshot of my barcelona tactics if u want any ideas

the rest of my pre season friendlys went like this:
swansea 2-2 neath fc
Chelsea reserves 2-2 Swansea
ipswich 2-0 Swansea
Swansea 4-0 Port Tablot

Overall i was disapointed with my friendlys because we should be beating team like meath and ipswich.
Its the end of the transfer markets and the players that went and came from the club are:
sold:
federico bessonne (released)
daniel situ (loan to southampton)
luke moore (loan to middlesborough)
alan tate (£1.6 million to blackpool)

Signed:
zat knite (£3million from bolton)
Ross mccormack(£4.7 million from leeds)
el-hadji douf (free)
At the start of the season my target was to avoid relegation. My tactics at the moment is 4-4-2 with tactics which are very fluid and counter attacking football. My usual starting line up is (Gk) michel vorm, neil taylor, zat knite, ashley williams, angel rangel, nathan dyer, joe allen, kemy augestien, wayne routledge, scott sinclair and danny graham. :)

At the moment i have played 9 games this season. 7 in the premierleague and 2 in league cup :) They go like this:
Swansea 2-0 liverpool (kemy augestine & o.g reina) :) league
Newcastle 2-2 Swansea (scott sinclair & scott sinclair) :| league
Swansea 4-1 Swindon (Ross mccormack, danny graham, leory lita 2) :) league cup
Wigan 0-2 Swindon ( el-hadji douf & leon britain :) league
Swansea 1-1 Tottenham (scott sinclair) :| league
QPR 0-1 Swansea (scott sinclair) :) league
Plymouth 1-0 Swansea (:( league cup
Man city 3-1 Swansea (ashley williams) :( league
Swansea 1-2 Fulham (leroy lita) :( league

so at the moment i am currently 9th in the league with qq points from 7 games. Also i am out of the league cup with a shocking lost to plymouth.
looks alrigth so far.

should try putting some screenshots up about your matches , league table etc . ..
Well i've just completed my 1st season. Finished 10th, but won the league cup (was VERY fortunate with my draw-plymouth, barnsley, watford, norwich and everton in final) and got to final of FA Cup (git trashed by City 4-1).

They're an awesome attacking force, but im in 2nd pre season now and semi regret selling Sinclair for £12m to Napoli- can anyone think of a replacement?

I played a 4-2-3-1 formation with Graham upfront, Routledge on the right, Llalana (awesome AMC from Soton, available for £1m) in mid and Sinclair on left. I've got money to play with, but wondered shall i just use nathan dyer, as he was out most of that season, so never got to see him play.....
Oh- and in Euro 2012, England actually won it, and probs cos of injuries, Sinclair played on the left wing and scored 6 times..... joint top scorer with Benzema.
If you're looking for british based wingers i'd take a look at Victor Moses (Wigan) and Wilfried Zaha (Palace). On the left I've had good success with Andros Townsend (Tottenham) and Anthony Pilkington (Norwich)
