Genie Scout launch error

When I start the program, I get an error saying something about not being able to create a banner. Then an unlimited number of Internet Explorer windows pops up...

How to fix this?

Could you be more specific? Which OS do you use? Can you post a screenshot?

I'm using Windows 7.

The IE windows will continue popping up until i shut down the Genie Scout.

Try to run it under administrator rights, and let mw know whether it helps.
