downloading, how?

please help me... how do i downlaod so i can get more clubs and more league's into my fm 12? i really want to manage; Sadd SC in qatar or Apoel in Cypres.. but where and how can i download? HELP ME

You could always create database yourself but otherwise always go to download and custom competition. I am not sure if there is Qatar league but it should be somewhere on other sites and Cypriot leagues are here.
