My story and some questions that bother me for a while

So i start playing football manager before 3 monts or so, i play 9 seasons with Leeds united win everything i can and become the best team in the world ( I think).So then i decide to give my self a try in lower divsions, so i random pick Histon and give it a go.It all wend better then i expected as u can see from those screens.

But they are 3 questions that bother me :
1.Why my budget is so low $19,294 per week( Im in npower league 1 )
2.Why there have been no board take over, in leeds it happen 3 times in 9 years, it boost my budget sooooo much what i have to do to get a board take over?!
3.Why my sponsors offer me an Blue square offers.... i have checked every single team from npower LEAGUE 2 ( and they have from 4-15 times better sponsors offers then i did get before this season make 0 sense like the game count me as same league status as i started)
SO fellow managers, give me advices how to survive in Npowerleague 1 with this .... blue square budget
(i already used FM Genie Scout 12 to get the best i could and loan players from parent club peterbro).I hope i get some good advices here, as well as more info about how to improve my budget( i already interact with board and got like... 500$ more?)

bump, seriously for so many days, no1 have an single answer?

1. you cant expect millions in league one.

2. your board must be doing well and loyal. no debts and such, and thus no need for takeover.

3. the sponsorship ive heard of before seems like some bug or something. which is really odd. but your only in league 1 and your teams reputation isnt that great so dont expect great sponsorship deals yet.

you can just keep your wage budget in check, sell players at times for profit and buy in some cheap/free. when im in lower leagues i mostly live on free and loan players mostly.

getting some friendlies with higher reputation team in pre-season to get some ticket money.
