Give an Ultimatum

Afternoon all,

My board refuses to upgrade the training facilities, even though the money is there, and it has stayed at the same standard for near on 6 seasons.

I am loved by the board and the fans after 3 back to back promotions, but am wanting to know how do I give the board an ultimatum.

When asking for the upgrade the board turn round and say no, but where is the option to give an ultimatum to the board as I cannot find it anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So am I right in saying that nobody knows how to give an ultimatum then? Its really doing my head in, please help someone!!

héy mate last time i saw the ultimatum was in FM10 so i think that he does not existe in the FM12

yh you can be given ultimatum by the board, but seems like you cant do it yourself, apart from hardtalking to them. its really odd they say no all the time though. i remember on one of my saves my board kept upgrading automatically without the need to ask even.

so it could do with the chairman and how "his stats" are. he could be bad businessman or greedy one hence he wont let u improve the club lol.

the chairman is probably a certain mike ashley lol or roman abramovich

There is an option on refusals you can select that says something like "if this request is not accepted I don't think I'll be able to carry on with my job."
