I play games on my desktop but i'm looking around for something a bit more portable as well - either a nettop or a laptop. Does anyone play FM12 on either of these and if so how does the game run and what spec computer do you have?
i play on a laptop...runs very well...i have Dell XPS M1330..2 years old...
FM runs like a dream on my Laptop which is a new ACER Aspire 5749 with 6gb RAM and 750 gb Hard Drive
well i have a ASUS k53s, but i don't use it for FM. tried FM on it and works great.

you should be looking to get a good cpu, the intel i5's are good. a minimum of 4gb RAM(you dont need more than this for normal use).

and to play matches on high graphics detail a good GPU is needed as well, on my laptop i got nvidia gt520mx. which is enough.
i have fm2012 on my WINDOWS7 laptop and it runs pretty well. it will go slow at times but i think it depends on the memory and if you just leave the game for a while and you're doing something else but apart from that it runs really well.
Asus Zenbook UX31, hehe best laptop in the world, runs like Usain Bolt
I play on a dell inspiron laptop, runs smoothly, and quickly.
I play on my laptop also. Packard Bell 4 gig RAM and 320 GB HDD and works like a dream.
Lenovo ThinkPad works well. 2nd gen i5, 6gigs of ram and 1.5gig video card.
