Do you gain 'loyalty, passion, etc.. from the supporters, when winning several machtes or does it take seasons to gian ?

After almost my 3th season playin i would like to see how much it has changed and if it does change !
Second question : Does the hidden attribute ( Resources ) of your chairman go up when preforming well in your game, or does it also take several good preforming seasons to accomplish that ?
I'm playing with Fc Halifax started Blue square bet north, currently ending the npower League 2.
