For the first timme i have decided to begin in league 2 in England.I usually start off in the championship or premier league.Would like some advise on who the best players are for league 2 an what is the best way to prepare for games in terms of training etc.This is my first post so sorry if i have broken any rules.Any advise or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Marlon Harewood. Bought him for £200K and had to pay him £6Kpw for my Huddersifled Town team but he's scored 20 goals in 30 games. Also...
Loovens (CB) from Celtic. Av rating of 7.7 after 30 games.
Modise (AM RLC) from Sundowns. Amazing at league 1 level.
Ward from Portsmouth (RB) on loan for no fee and £325pw is very good.
Stewart (MD) from Charlton on a free - very good ball winner.
Nosworthy RB/CB) on loan from Sheffield UNited is good.
I'm playing a 442 with wingers, bwm, and ap in midfield. Target man and one other upfront. Destroying league one.

I have just started playing Football Manager 2011 on my iPhone. I was looking for some good players and found out that 'Jamil Adam' is a must have player. But i am not able to find him in my database. I changed the database to 2010..still no luck. Tried searching him.. no luck.
Could anyone please let me know how could i get this guy!!! I am playing with Norwich City in the Championship.
