Semi-Pro to Professional?

Im currently Durham City in my game. I'm in the Blue square premier league and still semi-pro. Can i change it to professional if i get promoted or even change it if i dont!?

If you get promoted then it will be changed and I think if you have good finances then it could change even if you are in Blue Square Premier but not 100% sure on this.
