My Montpellier Story

Hello FMers !!!

It's my first story with Football Manager. I m going to play with Montpellier .
Montpellier is at Ligue 1 at France. And to make it interesting , in my first season I will only buy French players .

Τhe board expects me to finish mid table with no transfer budget . So its hard to buy only french but i think i can make it .I only bought Simon Pouplin at the goalkeeper position.

My best player is Giroud (ST).

In pre-season I won most of my matches with only a loss and a draw :
Vs SK Schwadorf 5-0 (WIN)
Vs Wigan 0-0 (DRAW)
Vs Tienen 5-0 (WIN)
Vs Cannes 1-0 (WIN)
Vs Grenoble 5-1 (WIN)
Vs Heidenheim 2-0 (WIN)
Vs Dinamo Zagreb 0-1 (LOSS)

I sold my right back Bocaly for 1.6 million euros but my wage budget won't allow me to buy players .
My pre-season was great expect the last match between Zagreb. best player of the team in pre-season was Fode Koita .

NEXT MATCH : AJ AUXURRE > I HOPE I WIN MY FIRST LEAGUE MATCH FOR THE SEASON
