no reserve and youth team

first sorry for my bad english. i would not use translator but the result was like a shit...

i have begin my career in udinese, after 3 season, i'm go to adanaspor, and there begin my problem.. there's not reserves and youth team.. i have begin in adanaspor in december, so i have played this season, but the next season, the same problem.. all teams in my league just have the first squad team (there is 40-50 players in the first squad).. all players who have to be in the reserves and in the youth team were in the first squad..

next season i'm going to PAOK, and... the same problem..

i've added some leagues by ''add/delete leagues'' option..

the teams from italy, france and germany have first squad, reserves and youth team.. i england there is the same problem like in turkish and greek league..

in my last career i've the same problem.. i've begin in midtjylland (all was ok), and after 4 seasons i'm going to amkar perm and.... 67 players in the first squad --'

what i have to doing for have reserves and youth teams ?

please help
