Serie A has changed its rule. The number of non-EU players one may purchase from abroad per season was set to 1 after Italy's shambolic performance in WC10. The theory was that the domestic sides would be forced to develop youngsters, and this would filter through to the NT.
Well, they either think we are about to win the Euro because their plan has worked so well, or, more likely, realised it was never going to achieve anything other than making the domestic teams weaker in continental competition. Thankfully, the rule has been changed to 2. How do I do that in the editor? Any ideas?
