I've played with Everton(I'm a supporter) and their budget is terrible.I would recommend Newcastle,Sunderland and Aston Villa. The best budget would be QPR but they have low expectations.

I would recommend getting a better right winger and focussing on young strikers. Ba and cisse are already very good and you have adam campbell as a great youth prospect (I went to school with him)

totenham , perspective players , nice budget , underrated in predictions , can aim top1 easly when managed good ( did it myself and won CL in 2nd seazon in finals vs barca )
