Kyriakos Papadopoulos, spelling maybe not great, sometimes can get him for 15m. If you want experience then coloccini or jagielka are great
Ryan Shawcross...though he might cost a little over 15 million, but you can solve that by monthly installments...have him in my Manchester City game..in pair with Vincent Kompany they're basically unbeatable..
