Would 4-3-3 work? Never played with it before but tempted to use it. It would suit Chelsea, they do play 4-3-3 in real life so should do well. Will use it as my 2nd formation anyways.

Your better off using a system that accommodates a holding midfielder, two central midfielders, two attacking wingers and a lone striker. Good luck...
