counter the pacey striker / winger

hi all,

i need some suggestion. i play xerez and develop my player in 4 years now. i bought some high PA regen and train them. but still, whenever i fight with great team ( real madrid, barcelona, athletic, valencia, bayern muenchen) my defence crushed by their winger and striker.

how can i win back them. is the mistake in my OI or tactic or training?

so desperate to see never win from them that i have to use RTE to win the cups and titles.

You make sure you have a very deep lying defense, and strong defenders. If your defenders wait for the "pacy winger" to come to them, they should be able to force the winger off the ball using their strength...
