Fm 12 Says that my game can not be loaded, anyone know a way to fix and and get it back working?

Sounds like it may be corrupted and if thats the case its highly unlikely you'll be able to fix it. Hopefully you have a 3 file rolling auto save or something similar so you can load an earlier version.
