I'm playing in the first romanian league and my team doesn't have a huge amount of money so I'm looking for good players who can play in my first eleven and they should accept let's say not to much money . the best paid player in my team earns 350k so i'm looking for players who will accept wages between 350-100k.

When you are negotiating with a player/agent try lowering the wages offered and correspondingly increasing the appearances bonus.
As for players look for Romario (loan from vitoria in brazil but move fast as he flies off the shelf), I. Kargbo (dm), Soukouna(cf), Iturbe may come on loan from Porto, Xulu (cb) is an amazing player, Rivaldo (if you are in the first season) will do a job for you despite being 40 yo, Branescu (GK) is romanian so may come to you again on loan, Charalabidis (amr) from Cyprus maybe.
