My games keep crashing as i go onto player search?? help

Every game i start or load works but when i go onto the drop down menu and press player search it takes me to the main home page. When i press player search from the tool bar it freezes and crash's, then it closes and gives me an error message and puts the file in crash dump
Don't no what the problem is someone help?
