Have they got a good youth system so I can produce a good team of my own??
Ipswich probably have the best youth facilities/system in the championship with the exception of wet spam. Also have 5mil or so too spend. Dont use ipswich on the update though there squad is so small!

Middlesbrough are a decent team. Good squad with decent youth players. A good youth academy always bring through decent players. £3-£5mill budget, that is all you need thou. A goal scorer and decent CB are needed and with these you should get promotion.
