Athletic bilbao help

I want to start a career with Bilbao but what is thier transfer policy??

i am currently playing Athletic bilbio and you cant sign foreign players you can only sign players from portugal spain italy ( Basque Players) i didnt buy any of the players and in 7 games won 6 and draw 1 scored 25 goals.

You can buy players from France as well... They just need to have Basque as their nationality...
