Is this a tactic you want or one you want to upload to the site? The screenshot only displays the formation and not the whole tactic.

If you want to upload and add it to our downloads then you'll need to locate the tactic file located in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\tactics. Upload it to your user space on the site ("my files" at the top of the page) and then submit the tactic in in the tactic downloads section.
