After offering my player future staff role which he accepted, I tried to offer him a staff contract. However, his demanded salary doesn't go down. So, it is kinda ridiculous to pay him that much when I can have much better staff for lower salary. Is this a bug? And if it is, is there any way around it? I would really appreciate if anyone can help. Thank you.
