Just a bit of info
Chelsea are an English football club based in Fulham, London. Founded in 1905, they play in the Premier League and have spent most of their history in the top tier of English football. Chelsea have been English champions four times, FA Cup winners six times and League Cup winners four times. They have also achieved European success, winning the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup twice.
Chelsea's home is the 41,837 capacity Stamford Bridge stadium, where they have played since their establishment. The club had their first major success in 1955, when they won the league championship, and won several cup competitions during the 1960s, 1970s, 1990s and 2000s. The past decade has been the most successful period in Chelsea’s history, capped by winning their first league and FA Cup "Double" in 2010. Since 2003 they have been owned by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich.

[Objectives for the year
main aims for the year are
-make finances little more secure
-Clear all deadwood ( Players & staff ) & clear excess wage bill
-Win at least one major trophy
-Promote any promising youth players and involve in as much games as possible

My Tactics i will be using is my own 4-3-3 which i have been tinkering with in recent times, it encourages :
-Short simple passes along the ground
-High Pressure up the field , Quick ball Recession
-High Stamina levels to keep high tempo pressure for long periods

my aim for the year is to target a top 3 finish or maybe even bring the title back to Stamford Bridge . and win a domestic cup

be sure to follow my story...
I'm a Chelsea fan so looking forward to this story :) whats your transfer budget like?
after a talk to the board i have suggested that we could make a serious title challenge. Roman Abramovich has not been a free spending this time around and has only given me $7.62m to spend on new players.

with this i think i might just save the money until january and hope we get more cash injected into us. if not it will only encourage me to bring some youth players through

Pre-Season Round up

pretty mixed results over the pre season but i have to say im pleased with the way we finished it off with 4 consecutive wins . also it looks like my players are starting to gel together well and getting used to the tactics at the same time

i decided we didnt really need to make any major signings and only added Enzo Zidane who will slot straight into the under 18s

after putting Lucas Piazon on loan Scunthorpe were the only side to offer him first team football, so off he goes for the year. also offloaded Hilario to Porto

Board Announcements
The Chelsea board have announced that Stamford Bridge will be Expanded at the end of the season

a very satisfying win at the Brittania stadium against a determined stoke city.
i set my team out to counter attack and it paid off as all 3 goals came on the break, in the second half we kept possession really well which didnt allow stoke to really cause any damage to us. but saying that stoke did find a goal with a great strike from outside the box
Are you using Turnbull as back up keeper for the first season then?
As a backup keeper I suggest Alphonse Areola (1.8 mil) or Benjamin Siegrist ( 3.2 mil)..young and promising ones..
ill be looking to bring in a back up in Januray perhaps Ter-Stegen . Cech is only injured for a week

Despite the 2-0 win it wasnt as comfortable as i would have liked. West Brom were able t ocause us way to many problems and its something im going to have a look at.
but despite all that its good to get 3 points again today which puts us in front after 2 games

Injury News

Didier Drogba - 4 weeks with a stage 2 thigh strain
Champions League group stage

as u can see we have been drawn in a fairly tough group . i still believe we should qualify for the second round though but there will be no complacency issues in these games as they all have the quality to to make the game difficult for us
Barclays Premier League

this was probably our most complete performance of the season so far. the Midfield and defence worked really hard and rarely let Norwich have a sniff at goal. i still think the amount of long shots my team had was unacceptable as i would prefer my players to move around and find space to pass, rather than have a pointless longshot

Man of the Match : Frank Lampard

another 3 points today ;eaves us with 3 from 3 so far this season
#48060 toonman8589 : ill be looking to bring in a back up in Januray perhaps Ter-Stegen . Cech is only injured for a week
