Just begun a carrer with england,
Which players would you reccomend I pick for the squad?

gk: joe hart, david stockdale, alex smithies
rb: richards, walker
cb: cahill, terry, jagielka, ferdinand
lb: cole, baines
midfield:
cm: lampard, gerrard, parker, milner, barry
lm: a.young, downing,
rm: j.cole, chamberlain
strikers: rooney, bent and sturridge,crouch

Thanks, not sure about j,cole & crouch though, have you played with them on the game, any good?

@patrick1 why no lennon, johnson, walcott, welbeck, ++ with just using national team the calendar will go far very fast, so in future players like sterling, suso, robinson, cleverley, pogba etc etc, plenty of young talent plus watch out for foriegners that are eligible for england in future too

I'm now managing England. Here's the tactic:

Find the fastest players you can possibly have (with the exception of Rooney and Baines, who are fast anyway), stick Jack Wilshere in the middle of a 4-0-2-2-2 with Jones as a Ball winning midfielder next to him, and set WIlshere as the playmaker, AND play long balls...

Watch your team run circles around everyone. In my game, it's exactly what Arsenal is doing (where I got the idea) and they won the PL and the Champions League

In any case, my players are (can't remember off the top of my head)

Joe Cole gets many assists and Crouch is the perfect partnership for Rooney and gets goals as well, Liam

@1650 YoYo- For me Walker and Richards have performed better for me than johnson has. welbeck i don't rate as much and when i have picked him, he's put in an average performance, same with lennon and walcott

Welbeck has done well for me and has 4 goals in 4 eng games so far in 1st season

players do perform differently for different players in different games as well.
