Should I Sign

On my current Chelsea save my team is as follows:

Cech
Maicon
Thiago Silva
Terry
Cole
Lampard
YaYa Toure
Hulk
Mario Gotze
Aguero
Cavani



However on my save, Bale wants out of Tottenham and Pastore is looking to move away from PSG. Should I sign one, none or both, how would I need to change my team?

Exactly, no need to sign anyone else...

It's an interesting situation, for sure. Once you've got your team going well you have the opportunity to attract some big players, and sometimes just the right one can make a major impact for the long term. Or it can disrupt your team, messing up the chemistry and making unhappy the players whose playing time is cut. You of course have to plan for the future, and Lampard is none too young. So perhaps the Pastore question depends on how comfortable you are with McEachran and maybe De Bruyne. Usually with a squad like Chelsea who have virtually no homegrown players, McEachran is one you must keep. Pastore is certainly a dynamic and exciting player. This is not to denigrate Bale at all, but you've already made a committment to players you use on the wings who are fairly young, and have even younger backups, I see less opportunity to fit Bale into the squad - though he does have the advantage he'd count as "trained in country".

I'd mostly agree with the two posters above who suggest you don't need either, but there's just this slight feeling that an attack-minded central mid (your bench is mostly DMC types with Romeu, Martinez, and in Yaya you have midfielder who is happy to attack but isn't going to forget his defensive responsibilities) might not hurt.

In practice, not buying or selling anyone is the ideal long-term strategy. Only sell troublemakers, only buy youngsters. After 2 years of playing with almost the same squad, replacing only retirees with youngsters, you end up with a team that beats stronger teams, simply because of their team blend.

get pastore he is one of the best in the world in my game and i am 9 seasons in.

Just got sacked by Abramovich earlier today. Managed to make it to 2018 so that's 7 seasons. Got them playing some lovely football and won a few cups along the way. On average I brought in a big name every summer & a couple of teens, whilst getting rid of the old guard bit by bit. These are the main signings that fit in well, mind you they did all cost me :
