alright i will look into it - my KEY ambition is to involve as much youth as possible so if you could give any suggestions that would be helpful as i struggled during pre-season to find someone of that calibre.
Thanks
well most people get sime vrsljiko (probably spelt wrong) but an alternative option is romario work permit can be a problem though
Barclays Premier League
Liverpool, Stamford Bridge
Starting Line Up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole, Meireles, Lampard, Willian, Mata, Torres, Drogba
Subs Used: Xhaka, Sturridge, Lukaku
Despite great spells of dominance for us in the first half we went behind when Dirk Kuyt curled one in from some way out as he collected the blocked free kick originally taken by Suarez.
Granit Xhaka came on for a tired Meireles at half time to make his Chelsea Debut
Terrible 2nd half peformance as Sturridge and Lukaku replaced Willian and Drogba
We scampered more easy chances as Liverpool went onto win a poor match
Final Score: Chelsea 0-1 Liverpool
Man Of The Match: Dirk Kuyt (Liverpool)
Carling Cup:
Wolverhampton Wanderers, Molenyeux
Starting Line-Up:
Hilario, Nacho, Chalobah, Cahill, Bertrand, Xhaka, Romeu, Sturridge, Kalou, Bamford, Lukaku
Subs Used: Ivanovic, Lampard, Mata
Tonight i gave 18 year old Patrick Bamford his senior debut for Chelsea aswell as Nathaniel Chalobah and Salomon Kalou made his first appearance of the season capping off a fine display with the winning assist.
The first half was slow and boring no real chances as both sides failed to make any large impacts on the game
At half time Lampard replaced an injured Romeu and he cadded more dpeth to the side as we broke forward and created more chances when the likes ofSturridge and Kalou operated down the flanks
Still a bore draw until Nacho was replaced by Ivanovic and Mata replaced a tired Daniel Sturridge - it worked but we left it until the 92nd minute when Lampard fed the ball through to Kalou down the right flank and hurled in a deep cross for Lukaku to slide into the back of the net and help us to excel to the 4th round.
Pleased that Bamford and Chalobah also played the whole game as they put in solid perfromances keeping the front four of Wolves from creating any dangerous chances.
Final Score: Wolves 0-1 Chelsea
Man Of The Match: Gary Cahill - Bossed the defence and made a real difference by having a fine game.
UPDATE:

Looks like you are having a good save. I would suggest Danilo from Santos if you thinking of getting someone different to the norm.
Barclays Premier League:
Arsenal ,Emirates Stadium
Starting Line up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Ramires, Lampard, Willian, Mata, Sturridge, Drogba
Subs Used: Bertrand, Meireles, Torres
We started well as just 9 minutes in John Terry cleared the ball from the halfway line into the Arsenal penalty area and Willian caught it down well and slotted home to give us a deserved lead.
But the Gunners struck back when Santos clipped the ball into Van Persie on the edge of the are - he turned past Terry and placed a beautiful shot into the bottom left corner although Cech got a hand to it
At half time Cole went off injured on came Ryan Bertrand
Cahill and Van Persie both had goals dissallowed for offside
Meireles on for Ramires and Torres on for underperfroming Sturridge
Willian then broke away on the counter attack from out of nowhere and crossed in for Torres who buried it to seal a crucial win
We held on until the very end and secured a thrilling victory against our London rivals
Final Score: Arsenal 1-2 Chelsea
Man Of The Match: Willian
Injury Update: Ashley Cole sustained a groin inury - 2 weeks on the sideline!
UEFA Champions League:
Zenit St. Petersburg, Stamford Bridge (H)
Starting Line Up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Bertrand, Meireles, Lampard, Willian, Kalou, Torres, Drogba
Subs Used: Sturridge, Mata, Nacho
Slow start until quater of an hour in Luiz with a long thorw that passes through everyone but not Drogba who heads it in by the near post
Malouda made some VERY threatning and sometimes scary runs down the left wing for Zenit but he was unable to cope with Ivanovic who played superbly
Then just a few minutes after the first goal from a simular position - almost identical to the first goal Luiz' throw-in evades everyone but NOT Didier Drogba who ran in by the near post once again to double his goal tally and the home advantage.
Then just before half time Cech takes the free kick quickly from his penalty box and the run of Torres deceives everyone and he pops up from out of nowhere to start an incisive Chelsea breakaway and make it 3-0 on the night in such an important game.
Sturridge on for Willian who i wanted to rest for the Man City game on the upcoming saturday.
Sturridge replaces Drogba upfront as he goes off injured and on comes Mata as Kalou switches to the right wing
Cech with a long goal kick that ONCE AGAIN deceives eveybody and Sturridge takes his time to slot home his first of the season
Alexander Kerzhakhov sent off for a vicious challenge on Ivanovic forcing him off injured
Nacho replaces an injured Ivanovic
We claim a fantastic victory over our Russian friends today and our spot-on set pieces were sublime although i'm sure the injuries will have hurt our chances vs Man. City on saturday.
Final Score: Chelsea 4-0 Zenit
Man Of The Match: Didier Drogba
INJURY UPDATE: Didier Drogba will be out for up to 3 months after suffering a torn hamstring - hope for a quick recovery!!!
In other news i offered Steve Holland mutual termination as i feel he is not good enough to be my assitant manager - a replacement will be established some time in the near future.
UPDATE:
Former PSV defender Phillip Cocu has been appointed as my new assistant manager.
Barclays Premier League
Manchester City, Stamford Bridge
Starting Line Up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Bertrand, Ramires, Lampard, Willian, Mata, Torres, Sturridge
Subs Used: Meireles, Kalou, Nacho
Early on Willian hit the post from just inside the area
Dejong then laid off for Aguero who smashed in the first goal of the game - a slightly disapoting way to finsih the first half
Meireles replaces a tired Lampard at half time
No real chances in the most part of the 2nd half as Kalou replaced Sturridge and Nacho replaced a booked Bertrand
Torres had a good chance in the end with a long range effort but Joe Hart managed to parry it away to safety.
Once again another disapointing performance against one of the big teams - perhaps there is something that i need to work on?
Either way it was a very even game but City just edged us to victory.
Final Score: Chelsea 0-1 Man. City
Man Of The Match: Joe Hart (Manchester City)
Terry and Lampard both played their 350th league apps for the Blues
Barclays Premier League:
Sunderland, Stadium Of Light (A)
Starting Line Up:Hilario, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Bertrand, Xhaka, Romeu, Sturridge, Kalou, Torres, Lukaku
Subs Used: Lampard, Mata, Willian
We took the lead early on when Sturridge played a brilliant ball into Torres who took it down well and tried to round the keeper but Brown slid in only for Kalou to be right on the goal line to poach his 1st of the season.
Wayne Bridge throw in goes to Bendtner who jinks himself past our defence and smshes in a superb goal.
A pass back from Terry then falls in to the path of Bendtner once again and this time cooly slots it under the body of Hilario.
Double substitution at half time as Lampard and Mata replace Romeu and Kalou
We failed to take our chances and eventually Willian replaced Sturridge
Sunderland run us ragged today and were terrible in the 2nd half
Final Score: Sunderland 2-1 Chelsea
Man Of The Match: Nicklas Bendtner (Sunderland)
TRANSFER Update: The transfer of Hany Mukhtar from Hertha Berlin will go through on the 1st January 2012!
UEFA Champions League:
FC Kobenhavn, Stamford Bridge (H)
Starting Line Up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole, Meireles, Lampard, Willian, Mata, Torres, Kalou
Subs Used: Sturridge, Xhaka, Bertrand
Slow start to the match we missed a few good chances but 30 mins in Cech 's free kick fell to Torres who rounded the keeper and bagged the first goal of the night
Sturridge on for a underperfroming Kalou at half time
Willian scored but he was ruled offside unfairly!
Xhaka and Bertrand on for Meireles and Cole as the opposition were piling on the pressure
Lampard's 30 yard shot is spilt by Wiland into Willian who smashes it into the back of the net 2-0 on then night
Luiz has a throw in and Torres is tackled but Mata from a tight angle loops the ball over Wiland 3-0
A good win for us as we have now won against all 3 of our champions league group stage opponents although we still have tricky away ties in Russia and Denmark
Final Score: Chelsea 3-0 FC Kovbenhavn
Man Of The Match: Willian
Barclays Premier League:
Queens Park Rangers, Loftus Road (A)
Starting Line Up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Ramires, Lampard, Willian, Mata, Torres, Lukaku
Subs Used: Nacho, Kalou, Sturridge
We started well as a long ball for Lampard fell to Willian who turned past Taiwo and smacked in a shot from the edge of the area
we were dominating and made some fantastic runs down thr flanks and our exploitation of them was very good aswell
Nacho on for Ivanovic at half time for a well earned rest
Mid second half Mata's shot was saved and fell to Lukaku who pounced and poked it in from the edge of the 6 yard box
Kalou and Sturridge both came on later but didnt add anything special to the game but we held out to win it.
Final Score: QPR 0-2 Chelsea
Man Of The Match: Willian
Carling Cup:
Bolton Wanderers, Stamford Bridge (H)
Starting Line Up:
Hilario, Hutchinson, Nacho, Chalobah, Bertrand, Xhaka, Romeu, Sturridge, Kalou, Bamford, Lukaku
Subs Used: Ivanovic, Ramires, Torres
We domianted the first half and created many chances and the pick of them was Daniel Sturridge firing a rocket shot from almost 35 yards with his rught foot into the back of the net
Ramires replaced a tired Xhaka at half time and the speed of the game changed and we were dominating once again but a lack of judgement from Hutchinson allowed Robinson to squeeze in a shot from out of nowhere
Bolton then put on a few scares of their own but we once again dug right into our opponents as i brought on Ivanovic and Torres on for Hutchinson and Lukaku
Kalou then broke free of Davies and whipped in a cross from an almost delegated angle but Sturridge popped up and tapped in the winner and seal us a quater final place
Overall: a very shallow performance but as their was many youths playing the criticism feels harsh to construct so in the end i am very happy with the result
Final Score: Chelsea 2-1 Bolton
Man Of The Match: Daniel Sturridge for his brave solo efforts and at some times replensihed as a one man team.
UPDATE:
Carling Cup Quater Final Draw:
Liverpool vs Stoke City
QPR vs Cardiff City
Charlton Athletic vs Fulham
Chelsea vs Arsenal - GIANTS drawn together!!!
Barclays Premier League:
Stoke City, Stamford Bridge (H)
Starting Line Up:
Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole, Meireles, Lampard, Sturridge, Mata, Torres, Lukaku
Subs Used: Bamford, Kalou, Bertrand
It took us just under half an hour but a Mata cross that Torres headed goalwards took a HUGE deflection off goalkeeper Thomas Sorenson
Then just minutes later Mata teed up Daniel Sturridge who curled in a wonderful left footed effort to double our advantage.
So we went into half time looking good value for our lead.
at half time Lukaku went off with a knock and on came Patrick Bamford for his premier league debut
Towards the end after some top quality end to end action: Kalou replaced Mata and Bertrand replaced Cole adding much more pace to the final few minutes.
But late on Etherington advanced past Ivanovic and Terry slid his cross into the back of the net - an own goal and now it's game on 2-1 to us!
We somehow managed to hold out for a win and credit to Ivanovic and Mata for showing solid displays of class experience and determination.
Final Score: Chelsea 2-1 Stoke
Man Of The Match: Raul Meireles - bossed and controlled the midfield used his experience to get the better of Stoke's younger competitors.
Post Match:
INJURY UPDATE: Sturridge picked up a pulled hamstring and will miss the next 3 weeks of action!
