can someone tell me how you paste screenshots from your documents onto this website

Firstly put it into paint and save it, secondly you see where it says 'my files' at the top of the website open that in a new tab, upload it, view it copy that url, and paste it after you click on the picture icon in the reply box. Thats how I do it anyway
