List index out of bounds (-2) Error

Please understand my English is immature do.
This is message when it is extracted as a csv.
I have only just slightly modified layout.
Note that my main purpose is to convert to PES 2012.
How to fix this error?
If I can not solve the problem,
in the next patch please let me solve this error.

Did you ever solve this? I have the sam problem i think.
