Hi Everyone,
I love this forum. I'm an old guy but I've been made so welcome. Thanks.

A quick question please. I have a couple of players saying their training level is too high. Should I lower it and if so, how?
I'm Ebbsfleet in the Blue Square Bet- Prem.

Thanks in advance,

Britpol (Poland)
There is a hidden attribute called professionalism that determines how hard a player is willing to work in training. The players you mentioned must have a low number in this attribute.

Personally I don't bother creating new schedules for these players and it doesn't seem to cause any issues other than the initial "unhappy with training workload" that you currently see. I tend to get rid of these lazy players as soon as possible.

There are some articles about training in our guides section that you might want to take a look at if your thinking of making some schedules and want to understand how training on FM works as a whole. current guide section
