got bored so started a new save with crewe,
and there severe lack of players and wage budget is causing me trouble, im normally okay with FM but this is pestering me, i managed to improve their finances by 600k at the start of the season, and i currently have earned more this season than they had last season, and im only in october....
im use to lower league management compleatly as its really the only thing i do, and in FM11 i managed to get my local team (stafford rangers) to the BPL and win the CL,
but i am currently far from that, and im aware of it only being my first season, and that i fired all staff off the start, and brought in like 10 players but i i managed to only win 1/first 6 games -.- my seasons perked up now in october being that im no longer in relegation and am currently 13th in the league, with a WWWWL form,
but that is only due to having 2 loanees in CB (luckly i got blackburn rovers as a parent club, and they have a 21 yrold DM/CB (forgot the name so check him up) i also signed james beattie, quentin fortune, and got a loanee 18yrold striker from watford, and yet still my cb from blackburn is my best goal scorer with 7 goals so far,
the formation is :4-3-2-1 (2 wingers 3cm)
back up formations: 4-1-2-2-1 (wingers)
and 4-2-2-2
and i only have 13 players over the age of 21.. best defenders are 1.5 star rated (by AM with 15 PP rating) [not counting in my loanees]
basically need tips on CB's who can sign for NPL2
as they only have a 3 month loan deal and i want to be more sufficient,
also i the crewe board arnt rich (stated) but there boardroom is generous, so are they a generous club? (cant see because of filtering at school)
an any other tips for npower league 2?
