New here Hi and can you help me

I need some help with some tactics im doing a network game with my friends 1 is West Brom and the other is Wolves im Blackburn and we all have have 10 million to spend my first thoughts where RB but i need some ideas on who to sign and what are the best tactics as im not too good at FM any help would be appreciated on my practice run i signed Carlos Fiero, Jonas Olsson and Issac Vorssa and i didn't work out that well great pre-season sh*t for the rest i was using Riged tactics with Counter attacks. Opinions on where i can improve? also any deadwood?
