From rookie Tonbridge Manager to West ham in 8 months!!

I started out as Tonbridge manager and was tipped for relegation, but after 29 games I was sitting pretty at the top of the BSS 5 points clear, when west ham sitting in 3rd in championship parted company with Sam allardyce after falling out with the club. I was straight away questioned by press and stated I would love the job and went on to apply and within 3 days I became irons boss!!! I planned to stay with Tonbridge for the long hall but you can't turn down an opportunity like this as an ambitious young manager!!

this may well be a bad move mate, tonbridge would have been a great story to get from BSS to prem or whatever.. but at the end of the day its your decision to move so yeah good luck

I know I was just getting pissed off as none of my players would sign contracts and were leaving in January window at a vital time and I seemed to be constantly looking for replacements!! I have saved the west ham one as different name so could go back as carry on battling it out through divisions lol

i am workington town in mine and in my first season was tipped to get relegated but i won the league by about 20-30 points with more than a 100 points to the teams name i am now in my second season i am still with workington in about december and i got offered the newcastle job along with other canditates but i rejected it. hope i made the right decision

Cool, I'm thinking I made the wrong decision as would be great to get into higher leagues...I gonna have a look and see if I've got the save before going to west ham test myself with Tonbridge
