Ok as use can see i have taken on the job of Southend United which play in league two i always start with big teams and have decided to go for a lower league team and turn them into a big team so i thought Southend would be a challenge for me with 75k for transfers i cant do much so i will be looking into getting free players and some on loan i like playing attacking football so i will be using 4.3.1.2 with the Lb and Rb both being used as Attack and my two Center backs as defense in my midfield i will have three center midfield with the main center midfield play set as defense and one given a free role and the other one as attack my attacking midfielder will be set as support and my two strikers one as support and the other as attack with the poacher this works in the big clubs for me so going to see how a lower team gets on with it.
My plan is to get this team to the big time into the premiership and champions league its going to be a long and bumpy road with good times and bad times but i am up for the challenge
Ok so a little bit of a back round check on Southend United now.
Southend United F.C. was formed in 1906 and played in the Southern League until 1920, when they co-founded the Football League's new Third Division; they finished 17th in their first ever season. In 1921, the Third Division was regionalised with Southend United joining the southern section and here they remained until league re-structure in 1958. Southend came close to promotion twice when they finished 3rd in 1932 and 1950, the club's highest league positions until 1991
