2 Guys 1 Cup(Multiplayer Fm)

Me and my friend decided to start a 2 player fm2012 game. I am Newcastle and my friend (blue is the colour) is chelsea. I would like to think that we are both fairly good fm players but I cannot be sure. Hopefully with this story I can see how we stack up against other fm players. I also hope that I can improve as a player with this experience.

Unfortunately We are a few games into the season but we will inform you about everything that has happened to both clubs.

There will be posts shortly about how we both started and information about our squads.

This was a fairly good pre season, the only disappointment being the first lost. I was particularly happy with the Palermo win. It was a great way to go into the season

An okay pre season but im slightly concerned about the Montpellier match though.

August Results

Vs Arsenal (h) 3-1
Vs Qpr (a) 1-0
Vs Derby (League Cup 2nd Round) (a) 3-2
Vs Bolton (a) 3-0

I couldn't have wished for a better start to the season. The arsenal win was fantastic and the result that came with it was also great, we dominated.

The Derby game however was very stressful; Derby missed penalties in the 83rd and 86th minutes. Cabaye snatched it for us with ANOTHER penalty in the 93rd minute.

All together it was a great first month and a good platform to build on.

August Results

A bad first month in my eyes. Two nill nill draws that were very dissapointing and lacklustre. I feel that we should have won the Swansea game as we were the dominating force, whereas in the Everton Game there was no action at all and either side could have won it. The Aston Villa match was okay i guess even though i feel we should have won by 5 or 6 if my fowards decided to show up.

All together this was a bad month and we hope to put it behind us and start a fresh in the next month.

September Results

Well well. What a poor month. The Man Utd Match was terrible, we went 3-0 down after 40 mins and then I put it on contain to prevent. However the Chelsea match was even more gutting as it was against my human rival. It was a close game with Chelsea playing fantastically in the 2nd half. The Nottingham Forrest match was embarrassing. Thankfully we won the last match of the month to prevent it from being a dreadful month. It especially gutting after how well I did in August.

A much improved month from the last. Im glad that we still havent lost game yet and im very pleased with my win against my human rival, as my team showed great spirit to turn over the 1-2 decifit at half time. Im also pleased to have gone to the Emirates and gain a point against a strong Arsenal side. The only match which concerned me is the 1-1 draw with Marseille because we were at home and the opposition frustrated us with their great defensive work.
