I really want to at least reach the play offs this season, and hopefully the final, but definitely reach the Premier League by the next season.

A brief description on the players I have bought at the start of the 2011/2012 season, without screenshots though. Sorry about that.
Marko Mitrovic - ST - £275k - Chelsea - Seems a decent young star, and I'm friends with his brother.
Jamil Adam - ST - Free - Unattached - Seems good enough for reserve squad, and didn't pay a penny.
Stephen Kelly - RB - £1.7m - Fulham - Had to fight off competition from 4 other Prem clubs.
Scott Loach - GK - £1.6m - Watford - Will be my main goalkeeper for the season.

He's 20 at the moment. And I'm playing an attacking tactic for this, going all out with Lambert and Sharp.
July Update
Sheffield Wednesday (A) 0-2 W
Southend (A) 0-1 W
Rapid Bucharest (H) 2-1 W
Eastleigh (A) 0-4 W
Yeovil (A) 2-1 L (A poor defeat, even if it is just a friendly)
Best Player: Danny Fox - The left back scored and got an assist in all 5 games of the month. Also achieved a 76% pass rate. Good start to the season for Fox, hoping for it to continue.
I've also drawn Charlton in the League Cup, not too bad a draw.
August Update
Doncaster (H) 2-0 W (A double from Danny Fox!)
Charlton (A) 0-2 w (League Cup)
Hull (A) 2-5 W (Two goals from Fonte both in injury time)
West Ham (H) 3-0 W
Burnley (A) 2-2 D
Blackpool (A) 0-2 W (League Cup)
Watford (H) 3-0 W
Best Player: Jose Fonte - The centre back scored 4 goals including the hull double, and was unstoppable when attacking or defending.
After beating Charlton, I drew Blackpool in the 2nd Round of the League Cup
Swansea up next in Round 3
Dean Hammond has also broken his foot, and will be out for 4-5 months..
