They say that it is more important to use the player's strengths and avoid his weaknesses, rather than just choose the personal instructions according to position.
i.e. you want your strikers to be creative, but not all strikers have high creativity. If your starting striker has high creativity, then in your default personal instructions you will set his creativity to much. But if your substitute striker lacks creativity, you would have to lower the creativity if you want him to be efficient when he goes on the field.
I know that you can do that in matter of seconds, but what if you want to change formation in the game and you have to change 10-15 personal instructions that will best fit your players. Or what if you play with a lot of reserves in an unimportant game and you want to change each player's personal instructions to fit them?
So my suggestion to the creators would be to have the option to create individual personal instructions for each player, to have them saved in their profile, and when you want to play them, there would be a choice to use the individual instructions, or the position's personal instructions.
I believe it would be more realistic also, because in true life if you tell an AM to play DM, he will inevitably go forward when possible, use his dribbling when he can, be more creative...it is in his blood
So before taking this too serious and writing to SI, I would like to ask for the opinion of you guys. Am I asking too much???
