Youth training schedule

Do you guys use the preset one or do you have your own schedule??
Please help share if you do have one...

Do ready made training schedules actually make any difference?
I've got all 4-5 star coaches who only coach one specific thing and i only buy good young potential superstars and they all turn out all right.
Same with all these so-called "can't lose" tactics, if you don't have the right minded players or quality staff you ain't going to win anything or reach your potential.

Personally I use my own training. this trains the younger players in technical ability mainly. they are then more composed on the ball and can actually spot the pass, it helps me as i play short passing game. I also have training for players under 21 aswell to focus on this training full time. I feel it makes players more comfortable on the ball.
