Guys help can't decide who to be need ideas!!!!

Guys I want to be someone who is on the brink of being a big club or someone with great youth system....dont mind which league...I was thinking ajax and build great youth team as they have quality set up already. Any other clubs like Ajax you can think of? Or maybe someone in England?

How about Everton? They've got no money but have good players and an excellent youth system!

Thanks guys i will look into them all... I'm still swaying towards Ajax after reading about de boer rejecting Liverpool as building something special at Ajax...I'd like to do the same there maybe. Good league and try get far in champions league
