Im currently in Nov 12/13, playing with City, won the EPL first season and topping it so far.
Im trying to sign one of Messi/Ronaldo, money isnt the problem as my bids are being accepted but Contract Negotiations are annoying, Messi wont even negotiate, is there a way around that? Ronaldo's agent, says unless you offer something Amazing he wont be willing to come and I offered him 300k pounds per week with 8m signing on fee but he always refuses.

ive heard that sometimes everyday if u keep declaring interest in that player over a 2 week period in the game that its easier to sign them but not sure about messi
Probaly not Messi or Ronaldo mate, they just may stay at the club forever so not sure they would sell them to city, but you can always try
you can sign ronaldo , just when his contract expires .
you cant get messi untill he is in his late 30s but if you unsettle ronaldo enough you can get him
I got messi in third seaspn by offering him a ridiculous contract with all the bonuses.2 years later i renewee is 400k contract and he was happy with 100k. Possibly because of all the champions league i won. Depends on stature
I got messi in my fourth season for free, wait for his contract to be close to expiring, then make your move.
I'll wait for Rolando's contract to expire.
Best of if you wait till there contracts expire mate, It took me 4 seasons with Manchester United just to re-sign Ronaldo, but he cost me a bomb, wages went down so if I bought a player I could only offer anything from £150-500 a week!
2015 i can sign Messi for £22 million. Its easy really if you do well
If you have the money then it is easy and simple!
Even on the first Season
1. Go to club ( on top of search).
2. Then go finances.
3. Turn wage budget up.
4. When you recieve an contract offer from the player.
5. Offer them the contract.
6. Turn transfer budget up.
7. Accept and Enjoy!
I have never managed to open contract talks with either of them to bring them to Chelsea. yet.....
Your best bet is just to wait for them to have expiring contracts

Ok guys you can get either one on your first season by simply doing this, put all your unwanted players for sale, when you get A bid (this works for fhm handheld 2013 only) click on transfer offer, increase to 150 million, instead of accept click on the home icon, then click on the envelope icon, go back into the transfer offer and repeat the previous steps until you get back on to the transfer offer, now accept, congrats you just sold a rubbish player for 150 million, now whatever messi/Ronaldo wage demands are you can meet
