Big money-Work to do

Ive been looking for a team to manage on fm2012 that has money to spend on good players, yet also has some work to do. For example Man city and Barca have lots of money but you can win most things with thier current squad. The only team that i can think of at the moment is PSG. They have money but still have trophies to win

Any suggestions would be helpful

Arsenal have a lot of money and their squad isnt exactly amazing straight away.

German sides are always fun. They get a ton of money at the end of every season and have unlimited non EU purchases so whatever club you go for has a bit of spare dosh, it's just that sometimes you have to wait for it.

I agree with Wagger, German teams always have a ton of money even if you do have to wait a while but seriosuly

Germany has several good prospects, maybe Schalke who were rotten last year would make a good challenge, and they have a big stadium so cash always comes in if you do well.

I'd consider Juventus, by the way... they were not great a year ago, and aren't exactly poor. Yes, they won this year, but that's still "to do" from the point of view of an FM12 game.

    Malaga have not won anything apart from a couple of second division titles and they are owned by a wealthy owner who will give you a sizable budget in your first season. Their squad aint bad either and with a few shrewd signings should easily finish in top four in your first season.

    PSG, or any German, Ukrainian or russian side is also worth a look

You could always go with a team like Shakhtar Donesk.. They have a ton of money and it's a good challenge to try and get a Ukrainian team to win the champions league.. The main issue being that you probably won't face a single challenge in the league.. Another good team to be is Malaga from spain.. Their transfer budget is always good and the game is a heck of a challenge seeing as you're up against such techinical quality in La Liga..

should try Malaga , which plays in "2 teams league" , try to win BBVA with their money ! i did it once
