Bristol City (A) 0-0 D
Charlton (A) 1-0 W (League Cup)
Ipswich (H) 1-2 L
Nottm Forest (A) 0-0 D
Brighton (H) 0-2 L
Newcastle (H) 0-3 L (League Cup
Doncaster (A) 0-3 L

Not the best start to the League. Yet to win a game, never the less, the win against Charlton was good to get to the next round. Although, I did get thrashed against Newcastle. Very lucky Rocha turned down the chance of going elsewhere because of the contract they offered him. The only thing I can say is that I had many people injured such as Kitson and Huseklepp. Many people are coming back from injury so I hope we can turn things around!

Yeah I have a major problem that I can't get any players.

So I won my first game! Still not doing great but at least I know Pompey can win games in the league!

Hey guys I'm ending this story now, I have just played until I got to January and realised if I managed not to get relegated, I deserve a medal at the oylmpics. I think 10 points deducted and can't sign anyone on loan or on a free is just that bit too hard for me. I was enjoying and 8 season save with Man.City but it was starting to get boring so I thought to go with a team completely different but it hasn't worked as you can see.

Could anyone recommend a lower league team that is interesting and is different to man city? Well I guess they all are. Thanks.

how about newcastle or swansea? or southampton perhaps? or huddersfield with jordan rhodes

Does it have to be an English side? I like playing as a Bundersliga team as a change from the English leagues.

They all have loads of money (but not at the start of the season) and they don't have EU restrictions on players.

The challenge is to overtake Bayern as the dominant force.
