My striker can't score

I'm currently playing as Blyth Spartans in Blue Square Bet North. I'm currently top of the league, and winning by as much as 5 nil. Only problem is, my players are starting to tire, especcially the highest scorers.

One of my strikers, Graeme Aromstrong, averages at a rating of about 7 per game, yet he just can't score, usually gets tackled, or hits it straight at the keeper.

Try Training him to Place Shots and train his composure,Then he will be hitting the corner of the net more.

Try him as a complete forward. He should score many more goals if you play him in that role

Tweak the tactics , private chat him , or set him to different role

When players are tiring you might need to sub them a little more and give them a break. Try and get a good fitness coach for that level in too.

Definately.
I managed to pick up a regen striker on my Basingstoke save (12 Acc 15 Pace)
And he was banging in a goal or an assist a game.
He was like, 14 Fin 9 composure or something.
anyway, look for a faster striker, he's Sloooooooooooow.

If you are winning 5 nil in games does it matter? His form doesn't seem too bad from the screenie, 3 goals in last 5 games. He is very slow, when I play lower league my main search on attributes is physical over technical especially acceleration speed and fitness.

Pretty clear that, that guy isn't a goalscorer! You're better off just having him as a target man or something then having a quick striker playing off him.

Prefered Moves
1. Place Shots.
2. Lob Keeper
3. Go Round keeper.
4. One on one

Attributes.
1. Speed
2. Composure
3. Finishing

Those Combined will Make your strikers Hit about 50 per season in All comps.

I love what they Do. and I Enjoy passing on some Of My OWN Knowledge. Just please do Not ask me for Network Games as I am Always Busy with something.
