Just started...

So I have just started my FM12 adventure on the PC. My previous experience with FM12 were all on the handheld version, where I managed Arsenal and Chelsea each for five seasons and Liverpool for three seasons. I'm a complete newbie to the PC version so I would welcome any advice - like whether I should change any of my coaching staff, what formations and tactics would be good for the team, etc. So if you've got anything just dish it out here. Thanks!

First of all get rid of all the useless players, Luca Leiva, waste of space, easy 5M if you sell him, Maxi, Carragher, joe cole, easy money if you sell them, then bring in young talents, maybe a few 22-26 year olds, Cavani, modric, ect

Even i agree that young players should get their chance now

Lucas turns into a great, consistent performer! However i do agree you could get a better DM.

Can't agree with Slitty ( not mentioned for arguing ) , but Lucas in my previous save is world best DM , after Gerrard retired in 34/35 , Lucas was LFC captain , before in 33 he joined Barcelona

so dont sell him !
