Done lots of saves already with a few clubs all 3 seasons + including:
Swansea
Arsenal
Liverpool
Southampton
Real Madrid
PSG

Need a new challenge which will keep me interested for years (In game!) haha!

Borussia Dortmund, they have some great players like gotze,hummels etc. Good league as well

I would reccomend Valencia or Atletico Madrid since I have a preference to the Spanish league.

Whats these teams starting budgets like?

Aim to finish in top 3 for 1st season. Marc andre ter stegen is a really good young keeper who at least would have a potential of 3.5 stars. David alaba is a quality cm however i'm not sure whether bayern will want to sell him. yaya sanogo should be a number 1 target for striker, hes 18 but has a great potential.

FC Porto ! great league to manage , great players aswell

I think Aston Villa will be fun, you should try it out.

YORK CITY! Really fun trying to get them from top to bottom took me 5 seasons to get them to the league 1! But you should give it a go and try to get higher.

Roma is a fun team to play with. Its possible to win Serie A and Europe league in the first season.
Narrow tactics like: 4-3-3, 4-3-1-2, 4-1-3-2, are a good choice, with control and counter strategy most of the times.
They start with 80-90 million euro, yearly wage budget, and arround 1 million for transfers.
You can get ~15 million by selling the "dead wood", and if you abuse the monthly installments, and the wage budget its possible to get a couple of players. In my game those were Fernandinho from Shakhtar (14,5), Cristian Ansaldi from Rubin (13,5), and Carlos Diogo - Free transfer.
I can give you more spoilers if you want, like roles, duties, sold players, etc. but I think you will enjoy it more if you make it yourself

You could go low league. My newest game is with Blypth, a relagation treatned club in blue square north. Quite fun, and seems like a very big challenge to take them to the top. Gonna be fun the way i beat manchester united
