Help With Creating Players?

[color=#C17D11][/color]Hey I wanted to create a center midfielder/ attacking midfielder
he would start at age 14 but I want him to become the best player ever! I tried making him but no matter what PA and CA I put him he ends up playing badly for me! Please help, i want him to be good at dribbling, shooting and passing!

you probably should increase his work rate, determination and his ambition when creating him as that is what enables young players to develop in the game.

Mental attributes are important as physical attributes (passing, shooting, dribbling) try increasing his composure aswell because he wont panic when he is in possesion.
