what team to be?

i can't decide what team to be. i want a team with a fair bit of money, not a team like man utd, city, Barcelona, real Madrid etc, so basically a club that probably won't go down, attract decent players, you don't win all the time and has a fair bit of money. i would prefer the club to be in either Germany, England, France, Spain, Italy or Holland but other countries will do fine as well.
