Laptops for fm 12

Ok , so im getting a new lappy and i just need it for basically browsing and football manager i was looking at this one ( link bellow ) and am wondering is there anough ram,is the processor good anough and im completly dumb when it comes to graphics cards etc could someone tell me wether or not it will be ok . i want to load mabye 10 - 20 leagues also would it run the game quickly ?

Build a desktop man for that kind of money you could build a way better computer than that laptop. I bought a laptop and looking back i wish i built a desktop.
