does anyone has a detailed training schedule....i mean a different trainig profile for every position.at the youth team i have one called "tug's training"(maybe u know it) and i would like something similar.

There is a Youth version of Tug's training out there somewhere.
Tug's training has both a first team and a youth schedule pack. I use it also, it is good. Just search it, Tug's training, you can find it in many places.
