XML Parsing Error

Hello to anyone who reads this post.
Recently I was playing FM12, I was playing as the England manager (and Manchester United). I was playing Ukraine in a friendly match when my laptop suddenly shuts down.
When I got it back on again this error keeps popping up when I restart the England VS Ukraine.

Forcing me to force quit the game. After trying it over and over again I decided there was problem with the match and so skipped the Ukraine match by taking a holiday. Then England had a match versus Lituania (not sure if spelt correctly, and this error happened again. So I skipped the match again (won 13-0). Now my next match is versus Chelsea but still the error persists. Can anyone help me solve this problem. Will be very greatful for any tips.
